Leak Testing

Some plastic components require functional leak testing to confirm fitness for use, seal, and weld integrity. A leak test is performed in accordance to the design standard to qualify the product. Special care is taken to design the fixture and clamping mechanisms to properly retain the assembly, while not adding forces that could interfere with the test integrity.
